Fortune Logistics was founded in 2022 in Pune with a clear conviction: India's road freight sector was broken because too many transporters were just brokers in disguise — middlemen who didn't own a single truck, couldn't guarantee delivery timelines, and had no accountability when things went wrong.
We took a different route. From day one, every vehicle in our fleet is owned and operated by us. No sub-contracting, no hand-offs, no excuses. That ownership gives us complete control over vehicle condition, driver conduct, loading practices, and delivery timelines.
